Rock wool insulation specification is 1m length, when you install pipes, you need to clean the dust, measure the diameter and length of pipe, put it directly on the pipelines, use wire or stainless steel to fix it and adjust the joints.
Rock wool insulation pipe is made of basalt, dolomite, slag and other raw materials. It is melted at high temperature, spun by centrifugal machine, and then artificially made into pipes.
Often used in places with certain requirements for thermal insulation, such as oil pipelines, petrochemical pipelines, and steam pipelines.
Specifications of rock wool insulation:
Length 1 meter,
Inner diameter 22mm to 1194mm,
Thickness 25mm to 200mm
Facing: Alum foil, WMSK Facing
Delivery Time: 7-15 days
Package by PE Bag.
Rock wool insulation pipes are mainly used for: transporting crude oil, natural gas, chemical raw materials, various thermal pipelines in power plants, steam pipelines, etc. for thermal insulation.
Installation of rock wool insulation pipes:
1. Clean the dust on the pipeline to make its surface dry and flat.
2. Measure the diameter and length of the pipeline.
3. Select a suitable rock wool pipe.
4. Put the rock wool pipe directly on the pipeline.
5. Use galvanized iron wire, stainless steel rolled strip, etc. to fix it.
6. Adjust the joints of the rock wool pipe to make it fit tightly to avoid gaps that affect the insulation effect.
7. Install aluminum coils or stainless steel coils on the outer layer to make it more solid.
